How long does it take to download a film? - This depends on the speed of your internet connection. Please allow time for the film to download in order to watch it in full otherwise it will keep stopping whilst it is buffering. |

Can I have a refund? - No Due to the nature of downloadable films we do not give refunds. |

How Can I prevent problems viewing? - Ensure Firewall is closed, if you face problems clear Cookies & Internet History before you re-try. There are no Pop-ups or nasty hidden stuff on this site and Firewalls can cause viewing difficulties - Some Anti-virus software will prevent viewing so it is down to you to check suitability & settings and not us. Failure to comply with the above will result in no refunds. If you have tried all of the suggested tips and still you are having problems please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). |

Why can't I download using DSL? - The download accelerator installed is blocking referrer information and hence the site is not allowing entry as a valid customer as it does not know where the customer is coming from - uninstall the download accelerator entirely and retry. |
